These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the take bat platform and all associated services. By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any service, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using take bat's services.

These Terms form a legal agreement between take bat and the user. These Terms apply in both English and Bengali; in the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the English version shall prevail. take bat reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and the updated version will take effect as soon as it is published on the website.

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to use any of take bat's services. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 21 or older. take bat may request a copy of your identification document for age verification at any time and reserves the right to restrict account activity until verification is complete.

2.2 Registration Requirements

Each user may create only one account. Holding more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. The following information must be provided accurately at the time of registration:

• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth

Providing false or incomplete information may result in the account being closed at any time and any deposited funds being forfeited. take bat reserves the right to reject any registration request at its own discretion.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before withdrawals above a certain amount, or when required, take bat may ask the user to submit an identity document, proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method. If the required documents are not submitted, the withdrawal process may be delayed or suspended.

It is your own responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account, even if a third party uses it.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify take bat support immediately. take bat is not liable for any unauthorized activity or data breach where user negligence is established. If multiple persons use the same account or account credentials are shared with a third party, the account may be closed.

Ensure regular use to keep your account active. If there is no activity for twelve consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive and take bat reserves the right to take appropriate action.

4.1 Deposits

The approved payment methods for depositing on take bat are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Using a third party's account for deposits is prohibited — payments must be made from the registered user's own mobile banking or bank account.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used at the time of deposit. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, take bat may temporarily hold a withdrawal while identity verification is in progress or if unusual activity is suspected.

Before processing a withdrawal, take bat will confirm that the wagering requirements of any relevant bonus or promotion have been met. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn without fulfilling the wagering requirements.

take bat offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own rules that apply alongside these Terms. General bonus rules are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before withdrawal. For example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → balance ৳2,000 → required wagering ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.
• One bonus offer cannot be combined with another unless specifically stated.
• Bonuses apply only to registered and verified accounts.
• take bat reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
• Opening multiple accounts and claiming bonuses using the same household, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is prohibited.

In the event of a breach of bonus or promotion terms, take bat reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings. take bat is not required to give the user advance notice before exercising this right.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A bet is considered final only after it has been registered on the take bat server. Claims for cancellation due to connection issues, technical errors, or problems with the user's own device will not be accepted unless take bat itself acknowledges a technical fault.

6.2 Incorrect Odds or Technical Errors

take bat reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds, winnings resulting from software errors, or outcomes obtained under abnormal technical circumstances. In such cases, only the original stake amount will be refunded.

6.3 Casino Games

All games available on take bat casino are operated by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe). Game outcomes are determined by the respective provider's RNG (Random Number Generator) system, and take bat does not intervene in any game outcome.

6.4 Betting Limits

take bat may set minimum and maximum bet limits for each market or game. These limits may change, and the applicable limits will be clearly displayed in the relevant game or market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the take bat platform:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to artificially fulfil wagering requirements by abusing bonuses and promotions.
• Betting through match fixing, manipulation, or any other fraudulent means.
• Using third-party funds in an account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Using bots, automation software, or any form of artificial assistance to influence take bat's software, algorithms, or systems.
• Exploiting a game's errors or vulnerabilities and intentionally profiting from them.
• Harassing other users or take bat staff, or using aggressive language.
• Using take bat's trademarks, logos, or brand identity without permission.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the activities described above, take bat reserves the right to close the account, forfeit deposited funds, and take legal action if necessary.

User data is not sold to third parties. However, information may be disclosed to law enforcement agencies due to legal obligations or for the investigation of criminal activity. Using the platform constitutes consent to this privacy policy.

take bat uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data transfers secure. Payment-related information is stored on secure servers, and take bat staff cannot directly view or collect any payment information.

12.1 At the User's Request

Any user may request to close their account through support. Before the request is processed, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance, where applicable under the terms and conditions.

take bat may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If there is suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• If evidence of false identity or information is found.
• If required to comply with a legal order or directive.

If a user wishes to dispute an account closure, they may contact support to ask for the reason. take bat will endeavour to respond within a reasonable time.

take bat reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
